We are delighted to invite you to our wedding in beautiful Jamaica! We would be honored to have you join us on this special day. We assure you that this will be a memorable vacation filled with love and laughter.

Accommodations: We have reserved a block of rooms at Secrets Wild Orchid Adult Only Resort and Spa for our guests. Use the link to the right to book your stay. We are working with Amy Cate at Destination Weddings and she is ready to assist you with any questions!

Transportation: The nearest airport to the venue is Montego Bay, Jamiaca. Transportation from the airport to the resort will be reserved for you.

WHAT DATES DO I NEED TO BOOK MY ROOM?

Feel free to book any nights you wish. The minimum night stay is 3 nights.

DOES THIS PRICING INCLUDE AIRFARE?

FLIGHTS are typically less expensive if purchased directly from the airline. You will fly into Montego Bay, Jamaica. Please do not purchase airfare until your room is confirmed. BUT please forward all flight details to me once booked. I will need them for your transportation set up.

ACCOMODATIONS?

We have rooms held at group rates. Please book through our group and with Amy @ Destination Weddings to help us our planning and your attendance.

WHAT IS REQUIRED NOW TO BOOK MY ROOM?

The deposit to hold your room is $50 per person or $100 a room. Any travel insurance that is purchased will be required at booking as well. The system will automatically calculate this for you as you book online.

IS THE RESORT ALL INCLUSIVE?

Absolutely. Rates include, all snacks/meals/drinks (even alcoholic drinks!), non-motorized water sports, taxes& dining gratuities. Round Trip Ground Transportation will be included also!!

DO I NEED A PASSPORT TO TRAVEL TO THE EVENT?

Yes, you need a passport! Ensure they are free from any rips, stains or watermarks, are required for travel & must be valid 6 months past the return date of travel.

WHAT IF I NEED A ROOM FOR MORE THAN FOUR GUESTS?

Unfortunately the booking site does not allow for more than four guests. Simply email Amy at amy.cate@destinationweddings.com and let her know. She is happy to help.

WHAT IF I FIND PRICING ONLINE LOWER?

We have worked with Amy and the resort closely to hold rates and provide group rates that will not change during our planning process. If you should see it lower online, please reach out to Amy at amy.cate@destinationweddings.com to let her know and she can attempt to price match it for you.

CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS?

Of course, and we encourage you to pay as you need. You will receive and email after you book your room with your confirmation. Please use the link in the email to make any payments at any time in any amount. Final payment dates will be listed on your reservation while you book.

WILL I HAVE AN OPTION TO PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION?

YES, and it is optional but HIGHLY recommended. Travel protection MUST be purchased at the time of booking. If Travel Protection is declined, all monies paid toward this booking are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be forfeited if cancelled or you do not arrive at the hotel as scheduled. Travel Protection, once purchased, is non-refundable. You will be given two options below...one for full refund in the form of payment and the other, travel credit. Please make sure to read this carefully.
